Happy Trails Farm is a family owned small farm located on 20 acres of land in Granite City, Illinois. Established in 2007, we offer a variety of services including egg sales, horse boarding, riding lessons, and pony rentals for children’s birthday parties. Our farm also serves as a not-for-profit 501C3 certified large hoof animal rescue foundation, where we rescue and care for animals in need. We welcome fundraisers, donations, and volunteers to support our rescue efforts. In the spring, summer, and fall, we open to the public at select times with free entry and $5 pony rides for children. Our farm is the perfect place for families looking for affordable outdoor activities and entertainment. Picnic tables are available on site for a relaxing day out.

This month, we honor Judy Modrusic, a cherished former employee of the Six Mile Regional Library District, with the delightful story "Chicken Story Time" by Sandy Asher. Follow along as feathered friends make their weekly visits to the library, and enjoy the vibrant illustrations and fun activities designed to captivate both children and adults.
