"Brought my car to them on 10/10 and got it back earlier than expected which was good. BUT once I got it back the passenger side had a gap in between the light and the grills on the car. Told GM Luis about it the day I got my car back. He told me to bring it back up that following Thursday then forgot I was coming. The tech that fixed my car was on vacation so I had to wait even longer. Then when they got my car let him tell it they took it apart and put it back together and we got the same results. Now they are telling State Farm it was from a prior accident and don’t want to fix my car. My car was brought to them a certain way and I want it back that way. Wouldn’t recommend going here. Only picked this one for convenience but I should’ve went to a different Crash Champions"

"Was able to make an online appointment dropped my car off the very next day. Received estimate by text and update in progress. Car looks good. Less than estimated time. Update 5/19/23: left something hanging on bottom of my car caused me to have to go back and be without a car for the day which was a huge inconvenience in my day. They fixed it and now I notice that one of my fog lights is not on. They changed out this entire front so not sure how this was missed. I truly don’t have time to be without a car and can’t keep going back for things that should have been checked to be working before they called me. They did finish three days early guess now I know why."
