"I’ve been shopping for 2 used tires for my SUV. This place was fair, prompt, and had excellent customer service. No appointment, I just called ahead and they serviced me when I arrived. I would highly recommend to anyone in need of quality used tires/repair."

"Most of my experiences was for used tires. They usually do a good job.(there was an older guy who was running things) Unfortunately the very last time (the older guy was no longer there and a younger guy was now running the shop) i got a tire replaced they did not tighten it all the way which led to my tire coming off while driving less than 2 weeks later. I asked before leaving was it safe because i witnessed the worker use the air gun while the car was in the air but did not use it once it was lowered. When i asked they said "its an air gun so it doesnt have to be further tightened when lowered". All of the lugs became completely loosened from driving. I was able to put the tire back on but did have minor scrape and scratch damage. Due to them accepting cash and not giving receipts (which wasn't a problem until that happened) they tried to act as if they were not the ones who replaced my tire while also attempting to charge me to tighten the new lugs i purchased after the tire came off. That was unacceptable as i had not even pursued legal action and only wanted them to tighten the tire since i did not have a tire iron. Due to that experience i can no longer give them a higher rating or recommend them as i did before that incident. Please be careful and make sure to document when you get work done or a new tire. Keep the time/ date/ take pictures of the tire before and after replacement to unsure you do not have to go through what i did."
