"Horrible time management and interpersonal skills. I sat for over one hour before deciding to leave. I watched two vehicles go into the bays and get serviced. Instead of offering to send me to a different bay they let others go in front of me. This is all because they can't figure out how to use a nut driver to remove the back taillight of a Volkswagen. Now I'll be fair. Volkswagens are a little more tricky to work on but still the inability for them to move me to a different bay to have me serviced was very disappointing. I will never go back to this establishment unless somehow they can make it up to me, but I doubt they can because this review will just go the the bottom of the pile. Good time management and coordination seems to be lacking here. For now on, I'll just go to Auffenburg or jiffy lube because they can actually do something in a timely manner. Maybe it's the training they receive or don't receive but I can't understand how inefficient a station/company can be."
"No sense of urgency and they seem to have a beef with airing up tires. Went in to get an oil change and they didn’t air up my tire, then when I want to just come and air my tire up it’s a 45 minute wait and there’s only 1 car in front of me sometimes no cars. Not sure what happened at this location but there is no more smooth experiences. Everything is going to take a hour even airing up 1 tire."
"I will say I have been to this location many times with generally good results. Today I pulled up and waited to be directed to a lane and nobody gave me the time of day. So I left. Bad customer service deserves to be pointed out just as much as the customer service. Today was a bad day."

"First time been here, im glad they open on Sunday. They have 3 lane for ghe service which is pretty busy this morning. Whenever i reach there, the guy asked me politely what i need, then i ask for oil changed. Then wait on lane 2, Jon and Renaldo was very kind, friendly and helpfull. Oil changed was quick too, its very reccomended place to get something done with your car ."
