"Took them 3 1/2 hours to finish 2 cars before they got to mine then another 30 mins to change 1 tire! That's crazy never again only went there because it was Saturday and my usual place was closed. I'd rather be broke down on side of the road then have to go back there."

"My recent experience with Walmart's auto care center was nothing short of a fiasco. I had ordered a set of tires through the Walmart app and scheduled an appointment online, expecting a seamless process. However, my expectations were shattered upon arrival. Despite my scheduled appointment, I was informed that the auto care center was unable to install the tires due to staffing shortages and callouts. While I understand these challenges, I believe there should be a mechanism to notify customers beforehand to avoid wasted trips. The store manager offered a $30 gift card as compensation, but this did little to address the underlying issue of the online scheduling system's disconnect with the auto care centers' capabilities. Determined to resolve the tire issue, I returned the following morning at 7 AM, hoping for a smoother experience. After waiting for a couple of hours, the tires were mounted, and an oil change was performed. Upon reaching home, I noticed that the front passenger tire was significantly underinflated, registering a mere 13 PSI. Further inspection revealed that the valve stems had not been replaced despite having paid for the service. This entire experience has left me utterly disappointed and questioning whether I would ever recommend or revisit a Walmart auto care center. The lack of communication, scheduling discrepancies, and incomplete service have severely undermined my trust in their capabilities."

"Mason was super cool to talk to, was knowledgeable of what he was talking about, and the work was done flawlessly. Wait time was a little longer than I expected, but I would rather wait than it be rushed and done incorrectly. Super recommended for anyone!"

"Get there at 8am to get oil change and tire rotation. Lady tells me it's will be a hour to hour and a half. Go back at 10am my car is still outside in the same place and it was only one car ahead of me at 8am and that car is also still outside in the same place. Get a call around 12pm noon to come get my car its done 4hrs later. The lady tells me when getting there that it's no balance. HOW... HOW... she looks at the paper and the tech say because they couldn't get the drain plug off and they couldn't get the tires rotated because of the suspension.. this is a 2018 lincoln navigator.... because of suspension and u couldn't get drain plug off .. this vehicle was just services 2000 miles ago at the dealership.. this location needs proper technicians and some one that understands automotives. Plus has better customer service to give a phone call to let the customer know the issues they are having with the vehicle.. not waiting 4hrs later to tell them they did nothing to there vehicle.. a waste of my whole day."
