On top of that you make another customer mad and they leave with very pronounced language. Sorry, but I have never been so mad at an experience as I was today. Before he got involved, the original female employee pulled the same thing with incorrect policy and worming her way through that conversation. He then corrected her to then do what I have described above. There was so much confusion in this 5 minute interaction that was uncalled for."

He also has a personality to be recognized as respectable while he was helping us. Thank you Jeff for making our visit quick, and loaded with smiles and laughs.
