"This is more about Skecher Max Cushioning shoes that I bought from here.. problem isnt DSW .. its the company Skechers that makes the SKECHERS MAX CUSHIONING... Do not buy this shoe.. I wear an 8.. I have thin narrow feet.. I walk everyday.. 7 days a week...The Max Cushioning shoe is very narrow and tight around the toes... I cant wear any shoe that is tight around the toes ever again...these shoes caused a blister on my toe next to the baby toe on one foot. Would not heal and kept feeling sore ..my blister... until I stopped wearing these shoes and started wearing Hoka's ..wide box toe walking shoes. Way way better.. big difference between these 2 shoe brands..."

"Remember the days when you would go to a store and they would offer to wrap your purchase if was a gift? At the very least, you were asked if you needed a box and tissue paper. Well, DSW decided that it would be great to go bagless. Yes, so you can have the experience of walking out their door juggling all the boxes and accessories. UNBELIEVABLE. And before anyone says something about being environmentally friendly, maybe they should worry more about the plastic shoes they sell. ..which is the majority of them. They last months as opposed to leather which can last decades. The greenwashing needs to end."
"The customer service at this location isn't so great, I realized I didn't recieve my free weekender bag with my purchase so I called the store, just to see. The lady who answered was RUDE, very rude, her approach came off rude. I'm all about great customer service anywhere, and this place didn't have it. Only reason extra star was recieved was because I was able to get the boot I were looking for, but I won't be coming back to this location."
