"I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Kelli, the assistant branch manager. My experience with her has been a negative one. Kelli repeatedly failed to listen to my concerns, making me feel like my feedback and requests were ignored. Additionally, she displayed a lack of belief in what I was saying, which made me feel undervalued as a customer. This attitude is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the branch’s commitment to customer satisfaction. Instead of addressing my issues promptly and efficiently, Kelli’s approach was dismissive and unhelpful. Overall, Kelli’s behavior and attitude have been frustrating and disappointing. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as it reflects a need for significant improvement in her role as an assistant branch manager."
