I did my taxes at home one hour Why do you think your service is worth so much What a rip off company with a greedy CEO. $1000/hr to ask me questions to things only I know while you copy off a piece of paper that I handed you. The job literally can’t be any easier. Literally it’s a $100 value for this kind of work. People need to stop using these companies as they get more expensive every year."

"If I could give it a minus 50 stars I would. The girl didn’t know what she was doing. Fumbled through our paper work for over an hour. Told us in the end we weren’t getting a refund which we knew but also knew we owed both federal and state taxes. According to her we didn’t owe. Then charged a horrendous fee of $550.00. Our taxes are reasonably simple but I had a form this year I was unsure about so decided to make sure they were done right and have a reliable tax person do them. I wonder how many people will find out eventually that she screwed their taxes up. She told us she wasn’t an accountant so I’m thinking Jackson Hewitt should hire more reliable people. Shame on you Jackson Hewitt !!!!!!!! DON’T TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!!! I reviewed the paperwork she copied of our tax forms. She omitted $25000.00 of our income because she didn’t copy the front of a couple of the forms. I thought she had done that and tried to correct her during our appointment but she insisted she was correct. I can’t imagine the mess we would have had with the IRS if we had allowed her to file our taxes. I called the number I was given by Jackson Hewitt but it’s a nationwide number. Was given many options to select of course none specific to my problem. I figured they hire a bunch of temporary people at tax time and just to get a volume of clients and don’t care if they know what they are doing."
