"I was waiting 10 minutes by the window to get my black pike. The person at the window was rude, telling me to respect him/her the same way he/she is respecting me. I just asked where is my coffee. I am Starbucks's customer for many years, pretty sure longer then the age of the person who served me there this morning. Lately, Starbucks hires workers that should not be working there, so sad, very disappointed with the service. I might change my coffee place. I forgot to say, the person just closed the window straight to my face after giving me the coffee, not even apologizing for long wait."

"From ever friendly and helpful baristas to happily friendly fellow clientele, I had a blast simply earning stars, spending stars on new merchandise, and rejoicing in the beauty of autumn with my fellow Starbucks customers. Add to that the fun of giving a younger customer a boost and October is off with a running start! 6 months later, and folks, it WAS April Fool's, yet no joke: two of the baristas liking my cup, one of them traded with me!!! Way too fun! I do love Starbucks!!! Oh, oh, oh--!!! They were out of vanilla....so we invented a new variety--!!! The barista Keith suggesting Chai, in the strawberry acai no less!, he said we'll call it "Strawberry Acachai"-- it tastes soo good, you've gotta try it: two pumps Chai in the strawberry acai and you're in for a rockin' treat! ...and after searching in vain for new cups since September, only finding one in September and a couple in October, I found one in November, to...on the final day of November '23 [drumroll pls] find an irresistible collection of no less than 8 cups. I'll try to post them on Instagram."

"Drinks have gone down bad! This location used to be hood but they have not been making their drinks as it is supposed to be. I asked a barista how many shots of expresó was supposed to go in a venti white chocolate mocha and she answered “2”! Any Starbucks lover knows it’s 3! I since have changed locations due to this location watering down drinks."

"It’s rare that I go to Starbucks when I do it’s to treat myself. This place has such awful customer service. All 3 times I have came to this location. They get upset when people are unsure how to order certain drinks. Instead of getting annoyed why don’t you help them? It would make your process a lot easier the next time. What a joke. One of the workers gave me a dirty look because I didn’t want to tip. Not to mention my order was wrong. Then try to gaslight me into thinking I was wrong when I literally had the receipt in my hand. I just walked out! What an absolute waste of time and money. Do not go to this location. Oh the parking is awful and the drive thru is in such a bad spot."
