"PLEASE!!!! Do not stop ever at this place!!! Today 2/25/2024 They charge to my card $1,980 dollars for a product that I DONT WANT IT , The employee charge my card without my consent and after that he told me that the card was already charged and I have to take the product with me . I make a reclaimed for the money and the employee CHASE who told me that he is a doctor reject to give me Back my money. I’m really upset with the situation. I left the product at the store . They should be more respectful with the clients . And also I want my money back ASAP !!!! Was the worst experience of my entire life .Woodfield mall administration needs to do something with this store they are SCAM . I feel that they stole my money , they intimidate, manipulate and harassed me. I need JUSTICE in this situation."

"I have never been to Le Reve. But after today, I will definitely come back! Had the best experience, and Dean was so amazing! He brought me in and wow'd me! After seeing first hand what the products could do, I couldn't say no! I definitely recommend coming here and seeing Dean."

"Was convinced to purchase a product, despite not wanting to. Yes, I could have said something, but sales reps are very pushy are don't take no for an answer. Was not told the price until after my card was handed over. Again, I understand I could have asked, however, the pushiness, the lack of a shown price, and the "no refund only exchange" policy, all backs my point that this company, and all affiliated companies, are scams. Do not purchase anything from them."

"They use a very high pressure sales tactic. Push you to buy. Convince you their products will do things they do not. The skin care products don’t seem the same at home. They will Convince you they will pay you for photos so you get some of the costs back. Don’t fall for the very pricey scam. You can get similar or better products especially the red light devices for much less and you won’t feel scammed like I feel. They will have you sign receipts but it turns out you are signing other documents. Be ware."
