"Originally went in for significant mouth pain. Took 50 xrays and told me to come back for another appointment for a crown. When I went back a week later and still in pain, dr. Said he would need to refer me out for a root canal (took the afternoon off for appt so was obviously upset). Endodontist did root canal, went back to advanced for sizing and temp crown. Temp crown fell out 4 days later, called and emailed office 4 times in 3 days, finally got a call back 2 days later…..was told i can pick up a kit at drug store to get it back in, or schedule appt. Broke temp crown trying to put it in myself, called and emailed office, no response. Amazingly, i get 35 reminders via text and email starting a week out from my next appt with the reminder of the $50 cancellation policy. Showed up for my permanent crown install and it didn’t fit. After filing the crown and another tooth down, dr cemented it in and asked how it felt. I said “not great” and he said give it a few days. On 1st appt, dr. Never introduced himself, nor did he ask me any questions. I should have went with my instincts and not have gone back. Only reason for 1 stars instead of zero is he referred me out for the root canal. $400+ out of pocket after insurance, but glad i did not let advanced do it. Staff seemed friendly and almost apologetic for dr….not good. Over $700 out of pocket, 4 visits, and "

"I was a new patient to this company. The first date that I came they rescheduled my cleaning saying that they did not have enough time after already completing exam and X-rays. When I come back for the cleaning, the hygienist I had did not give many breaks between passes and could clearly tell I was struggling to breathe. Even after telling her to give me a sec, she kept telling me to open my mouth and trying to still shove tools in while I’m catching my breath. I told the front desk when they scheduled me for the next appt that I do not want her. I then go to my car and look in the mirror at my teeth to see she left blood all over my cheeks and chin. So then I call to speak to the office manager about this who of course is not available and never returned my message even now more than a week and half later. Unprofessional in every sense of the word. Guarantee I won’t be returning. And noooo I’m not interested in calling back your office to discuss, like you say in all your generic responses. I did that already and you clearly have poor customer service."

"I love all of the staff. However, I don’t like being treated by Dr. Dave. Anytime I tell him an issue that I’m having he tends to arrogantly blow it off like I don’t know what I’m talking about with my own mouth. I will probably be looking for a new dentist because I just haven’t had a pleasant experience with him. Everything else with this office is amazing."

"Very kind and caring. They really did an excellent job with my 15 yr. old son. After they finished examining his teeth my 3 yr. old jumped in the chair and opened her mouth wide. She was ready for them to check her teeth. I highly recommend them."

"So, I went to this dental office for a routine cleaning. I was told I needed a deep-scale cleaning. I was given a service plan with the price for the deep-scale cleaning. I specifically asked “Is this price the total amount I will have to pay?”, I was told yes. I agreed to the price and the service was performed. A few weeks later I received a bill in the mail for $142 plus change. I called the dental office to ask why I was receiving a bill and was told the insurance company didn't cover certain charges and that I should reach out to the insurance company to find out why they didn't cover the charge. I asked Tracy, an employee of the dental office. did they check the prices with the insurance company before they gave me the service plan, she said yes. I then asked why am I responsible for the balance and stated the dental office needed to call the insurance company to recoup the $142. Tracy became very rude and told me they would not reach out the insurance company and the balance was my responsibility since I signed the service plan. I responded by telling her the dental office ensured that the balance on the service plan was the “total cost”. That's when Tracy hung up the phone! I couldn't believe an employee would disconnect a client in mid-sentence. Tracy needs some customer service training. I would definitely not recommend this particular dental office to anyone. The dental office quoted me incorrect prices, charged me additional fees after giving me a written quote, and then was disrespectful when I questioned their billing practices. The hygienist did a great job but again the disrespect and billing practices need to be investigated, in my opinion. Andreana"
