My favorite part is that they're very understanding of how to treat children who might otherwise be scared of going to the dentist. For example, my toddler son calls it "the airplane store" because what he remembers from his visits is taking prizes (airplanes) from the treasure chest. All the staff try to make it a positive experience for him, instead of pushing him to "get the job done". Because of that, his trust has grown over time and he's more willing to open his mouth/follow instructions. A perk for adults: they don't shame you about flossing if your gums bleed a bit. Overall, I've had nothing but positive experiences there."
