"bought a pair of shoes that turn out to be a very uncomfortable product (possibly deflective). Burberry told me to go to the store and have the manager name George to check the shoe, he did not even check the pair - and as usual "i would like to help you and i understand but we can not do anything", paying $1000 for a pair of shoes that you can even wear them for 40 minutes is a shame. Very disappointed from Burberry, and from store management."
