"I went to Zara the other night. My girlfriend and I were shopping. I wanted to go to Zara real quick to grab something. Store/mall closes at 9 and I do understand that we walked in at 8:49 pm. I do understand employees are wanting to go home and not wanting to deal with anyone in the last 10 minute, but the store is still considered open. The way this one employee saw us walk and immediately go, “we are closed.” As two other people walk in as well. Her demeanor and tone of voice was really poor and customer service was poor. She could have handled it much differently and when walked out she immediately rushed to the door to lock it. Again, she could have handled it differently and I feel like employees here need to be trained better."

"The most inconsiderate store I have ever been in. The associate refused to provide her name which is a part of customer service. There’s absolutely nothing customer-friendly about this location. Remind you, I had to wait 5 minutes for someone to come to the register while 3 sales associates helped one customer who came in AFTER ME find a simple shoe. When the associate finally came to the register where I was doing a return, remind you, I had already been waiting, she LEFT from helping me to go help the customer that CAME IN AFTER ME."

"Cool brand but Oakbrook store makes you hate it. Messy, long lines, slow staff. In fact, cashiers do their work “by the way”, they are so busy chatting with each other. They close fitting rooms 1-2 hours before the store closes. If I could give zero, I would."

"The design of the clothes is nice and the material is good. I like that they offer slim fit clothing. The store is busy on the weekends so i come here during the week. I like their blazers as well as their dress shirts for a comfortable daily use. The first floor offers women clothing on both sides of the store. As for downstairs they have men and kids clothing. Not all the sizes are the same so a tip is to try the clothing on. As for the service is OK no problems but don't expect to have someone come and help just because. And if you have a question, they might help. As for the prices, it's affordable."

"NIce place to get clothing at good prices. Unique items and designs. Don't try to use the fitting rooms 20 minutes before closing - because they close them first! Therefore no reason to go shopping near closing hours!"
