“I booked this holiday Inn Hotel for my boyfriend birthday we stayed for 1 night. We had a very nice time. It's a lovely hotel. It's kept very clean. The room is kept very clean. The staff is very kind and helpful. The bar is nice and comfortable seats. I would definitely go here again.I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.”

“Really nice hotel and great staff in a nice area right in front of a large park. Breakfast was fantastic. Only quibble was that we asked for a quiet room and were given one right next to the lifts. But it wasn't busy so didn't bother us too much.”

“It has been quiet a long time since I last visited Cineworld in Parnell St. The interior has centainly been revamped & was spotless on our visit. There's a large, bright food & drink area on the 1st floor along with an icream bar. We didn't need anything as we'd treated ourselves to dinner in the Wool Shed Baa & Grill next door. Our screen was no 8 on the 2nd floor. We saw the new Maverick movie in the 4DX screen. Although we'd read into the technology behind 4dx, it didn't prepare us to the actual experience. From the movement of the planes, the feel & smell of the sea air and the feel of the wind as the planes are flying it has certainly brought the film experience to a new height. I don't think you'll look at the "original/normal" film viewing in the same light. Hopefully there'll be more blockbusters released soon.”

“I had my son's 5th birthday here yesterday and it was amazing. By far the best party myself and the other Mam's had been to. From the very beginning the staff were incredible. They were so kind and professional with the children. There was unlimited popcorn and juice as they bowled. Then they were walked into the playzone which has a super slide. The children loved it. Then we went to the party room and the food was delicious and fresh. Everyone was blown away by the venue as we are not from Kildare but took a chance on trying somewhere new. We would highly recommend x”

“Superb pool and now under the umbrella of Swan Leisure. Lots of lessons for kids and adults, all day public swims from morning to night. There is even an autistic hour. Would definitely recommend”

“This was a truly a great place to stay, its not far from town centre. The rooms were spotless, amd very comfortable. We had breakfast and evening meal, breakfast was so nice i had full English but there is plenty of other choices fruit, cereals, jams and pan cakes. In the evening you could have a 3 course meal, i have to say everything i had tasted so good. The staff there were friendly and helpful, they were all nice. I can definitely say i will be re visiting this place again.”

“We had afternoon tea here and it was absolutely lovely. The tearoom overlooks the water, and the overstuffed seating is so comfy. The sandwiches and scones and desserts are all top notch, and the servers are super attentive. Highly recommended. We returned a week later to have lunch in the restaurant. I would not rate the atmosphere, service or food as highly as that which we had at the Afternoon Tea. The service was a bit lacking, no one checked back to ask if the meal was all right. The food was very good but not great. My husband really enjoyed his burger, and I enjoyed my chicken salad.”

“I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights along with my son who is studying in Cork. The room was perfect with two separate beds (one double, one single), the abundant and varied breakfast, an excellent gym complete with everything and functional, the large and complete bar/restaurant. The staff was kind and competent to my need, so all really good. The location of the hotel is really convenient for walking to the center and the train and bus station. I did not use the spa. If I return to Cork I will definitely stay here.”

“Arrived to a lovely lady playing Beethoven in the lobby, the check-in was effortless - bear in mind you do need a VISA card. The rooms were clean and spacious. The bar was cool and the bar staff were even cooler - Kevin was A1. Felt very safe at nighttime as one needs to be buzzed in the main reception door. The hotel is situated in an excellent location just 7 minutes walk to the train station and on the same road, no turns. Lots of nice bars and restaurants on this same road too. Would definitely stay here again.”
