“Had a couple of pizzas from here which have always been nice. The chips are lovely though come in a bag and lots of chip spice they remind me of another take away in the city center.”

“We were staying at Westfield Country Park and placed a £70 order at this chippy around 6.30 on a Saturday Night. Food arrived around 45-50 minutes later cooked to perfection bearing in mind 8 x different meals - they deserve credit and the driver was a really nice chatty guy 10/10”

“Tastiest pizza in Cottingham! Always hot, fresh and delicious. The pizzas aren't greasy, which is absolutely great. The chicken kebabs are actual chicken breast slices which is a rarity, and very tasty with salad.”

“We loved this place, I was being treated, and as my host is blind, they could not have been more quietly accommodating. We would definitely go again! Accessibility: Heavy double front door and sharp right to the next not so heavy. Someone held the front one for us. Level entrance. Tables that can adapt for wheelchairs. Level entrance. I suggest a wireless dour bell which would help attract attention if needed. Toilet: Disabled loo, plus one other loo. Spare seats abd high chairs in the approach, I estimate a wheelchair could get through though. Car Parking: A number of disabled 3 hour spaces mixed with loading bays around the corner near ERY Council Offices. Otherwise usually fee paying Beverley Car Parks around the Town. Food: Yum, yum, yum, freshly made to order and just the right quantities. Veggie and vegan options clearly marked and detailed on the menu. As everything is made fresh, you can ask fir some changes. Pud: We were not going to have pud, but decided to share the Rice Pudding, 1st taste, one each! Staff: Excellent, friendly and Knowledgabke”

“Classy version of the buffet Chinese Only one warning, it is cash only but the shop across the road has a cash machine. Apart from that he room is pleasant and comfortable, the staff are friendly and helpful. You pay a single price for your all-you-can-eat buffet but instead of a long queue past a row of warming dishes, you sit at the table and take your pick fromthe menu. A waitress will take your order The meal will be brought when it is ready and when you have finished you can order something else until you have had enough. The food is good quality. My favourite dishes were the Starter BBQ ribs in Peking sauce, the chicken curry, the Dim Sung home made grill dumplings (served in a bamboo steamer) and a sweet Custard dim sung as a desert. All served with my choice of rice. I was too full to have anything else and there was a huge choice”

“Did some shopping there this afternoon. Very pleasant staff. Went in the cafe had afternoon tea. We only had the small one but it was very good value. It sandwiches, scone jam and cream plus a pot of tea. £2..95. Hope they keep this on the menu. Would recommend this.”

“I thought I would give Peppino's a try this evening as I heard it is under new management, I was very impressed with the food & service received, when ordering I noticed feta cheese on the menu & was tempted to add it as an extra topping, I was advised not to as it would over power the type of pizza I was ordering, I thought it was more caring & professional for them to state this, the pricing of the food was very sensible not inexpensive or expensive but still yet receiving a very good quality pizza, I will return for more food, thank you”

“We've been using KD as our go to since we moved here two years ago, quietly frankly the best takeaway in Hull. 85% of the time food is delivered within 30 minutes, and even the other 15% of the time it is always within the set delivery times. The staff are wonderful, the prices are exceptional for the portion sizes, hot, fresh, never greasy and they always accommodate our requests if we ever need or want a modification, like extra sauce or salad. Thanks Team KD for saving our tired butts after long work shifts! x”

“I'm sorry but I don't understand the bad reviews. What do you expect for 10 pounds and yes it's 3 pounds for a drink plbut it's free refills. When I was there the food was nice hot yes some was a bit dry but it is what it is guys what do you expect on a buffet for 10 pounds. The server was polite and quick yo get my drink order. A member of staff was always checking the food wiping around the buffet and refilling what needed to be. So for me price wise and quality and taste it's a 10 out of 10 Thanks again.”

“Went for a meal on my Mothers birthday. Very welcoming restaurant. Was good deco and a good atmosphere. Drinks came quickly and so did the stater. Our main meal followed in good time and we wasn’t rushed into finishing our stay. Really good place and very near too our home. Would definitely recommend this place and also joined the 20% discount club which is a great idea on our futcure visits. The steak strips was really well cooked and the pasta was done just right too. Will be going there regularly. Thank you too the team there”
