“A very calm and well organised working environment. The shop offers some great things to buy and amazing bargains. Very polite staff and always willing to help. As a volunteer and used to be a shopper I have seen both sides of the working inviroment and shop. I have worked here a year now and what an engoyerble one it has been too from sorting the donations out to printing the labels off and from working in the book room to working on the till however, my favourite thing to do is steeming. With the old manager leaving and a new one stepping in they are the nicest of people however now I just get put on the till with nothing else to do. Every time the same thing. All I want is to do all the jobs like I used to do. Now that is the down side becouse, when I leave college I would like to own my own companie, getting all the experience I can from the shop is bennifistol for me. But being stuck on the till all day is good but not enough. If you are looking for a volunteering job this is the place to be, however you will need to be specific. As I was not enoph.”

“I needed a pair of trousers for my husband for the following week. Found a couple of styles that would work but only one had his size available. It was early morning when i ordered and i guess i wasn’t fully awake as it was only after i ordered that i noticed it said pre order only. I emailed the team and Georgina answered my questions in a timely and friendly manner. She also processed my cancellation. I was very pleased. I will definitely order from them again as the customer service was excellent.”

“Great shop. I went in today looking for some tracksuit bottoms and they had a very wide range with great prices. They even offer a changing room so you can try the product before you buy, this was perfect as I had no idea what size I would need. Staff were available and scattered all around the store, I didn't need help but good to know that are available if needed. Will be returning again.”

“Bad experience in the past, but lately, the staff have been respectful and polite and helpful. I enjoy looking around the store for bargains as there's nearly always a sale on. The prices are reasonable and in this store upstairs there is a bicycle repair shop and also the game store.”

“I picked up a pair of work boots for £67. Nice and hopefully comfy for construction site work. They have a 30% discount sale starting Monday 23rd of November. They let one customer in which is a good COVID control yet they give you enough time and support to select a suitable product”
