“I booked an appointment at the Scunthorpe store that was convenient for me and my sister who was chauffeuse. We were greeted on arrival and introduced to Mark our sales advisor who showed us around and then left us for a time while we tried various sofas we liked and he answered all our queries. At no time was I pressured and I had plenty of time to decide which one I liked best - a Titan 3 seater sofa. We discussed the options available, colour, style, accessories and care package, and the all important will-it-fit-in-my-room-and-go-through-the-door question. When we had discussed this at length and agreed my options we discussed delivery and I paid. All in all it was a very pleasant way to spend an afternoon and I enjoyed the experience very much.”
