“Due to our house being over 100 years old, many of the walls are not straight or level and the rooms are not of a more conventional layout - trying to fit ready built furniture would result in a lot of inefficient, wasted space. We needed furniture for two bedrooms and an office/ study and a friend recommended Arigato (formerly Hull Furniture). We visited the showroom and found the showroom personnel to be very pleasant, helpful and informative and they arranged for their Design Consultant to visit our home. We had some idea of what we wanted following the visit to their showroom, but the Design Consultant gave us more ideas and also advice on what would and wouldn’t work, making the design attractive and functional. He took measurements of the space at this time. We then received a virtual video from them of how the furniture would look before going ahead. Communication from Arigato has been very good at all times, keeping us informed about what stage the job was at. On the installation dates, the fitters turned up on time as scheduled. They were very polite, professional and highly skilled in their work. We would highly recommend Arigato for bespoke furniture, they have made our rooms look beautiful. The work done is to a high standard and very stylish and their prices are extremely competitive, especially compared to ready built furniture. We have also purchased some of their ready built furniture and found that to be a much higher quality than we could have purchased from the large High Street stores.”

She showed us lots of options until we found what we wanted , even rang the manufacturering office to solve a query we had. Delivery guys called 15 mins in advance of arrival , when they arrived they put cover shoes on and put down lots of cardboard to keep carpets clean, also they kept to the covid protocols. Thank you”

“Went in on a Saturday and after being left to browse the store a salesman Louis who asked if we needed any assistance which we did. As we had limited space in our living room, and we specifically wanted a chaise sofa and separate lounge chair he helped us greatly by showing us chaise sofas that would fit our space. He took the time to show us many variants and we also wanted a mustard / sunflower colour sofa. Louis found the perfect sofa and configured it for us. He then found us a contrasting lounge chair that would match our new decor. We then needed a new dining room suite and once again nothing was to much hassle and we got the suite we wanted in the colour we wanted. All the staff at FV were brilliant. Not pushy of forceful. Louis was brilliant from start to finish and we will be back in 2 months to see him again to look for an additional sofa for our second sitting room. Can’t fault FV in any way and highly recommend”
