“Great experience at this garage. Exhaust had dropped so brought my car in and the issue was shown to me straight away. Tom was so lovely and helped temporarily fix the problem for no fee which I appreciated. I then came the following week to have my breaks done which were done in rapid time buy a rather miserable young chap but all was forgiven as I had a nice in detailed conversation with dog the bounty hunter and was in the presence of the most attractive young man. Myself and my wife will be returning!”

The mechanic explained to me what could be wrong, adjusted it for me and topped up the fluid for me. I then planned to bring it in a week later for an interim service whereby we could see if the issue had been rectified. i did this, there were no more issues and my services was carried out. Fantastic communication throughout and i felt totally in control of what i wanted them to do. Great service. Special shoutout to Darren who was just brill and dealt with me on both occassions. I bought quite a bit of gear from them, amps, wiring and sub. The sub was going to take longer than estimated date to get to me than quoted from the preorder estimate. The seller got in contact with me via email promptly and offered me a full refund no questions asked or if I wouldn't mind waiting a bit longer. I decided to wait as I was in no rush and the item was received and due to the wait was offered a discount off of my next purchase, which they followed through with a considerable discount. Customer service was great in my experience and kept me in the know. Been a pleased customer with great products and the bass still turns heads at car shows from a single 15!
