“Visiting Scarborough for a holiday, and after a few days wanted something other than fish and chips and pub food. The food at Thai Orchid is seriously delicious, and we all eat quite a lot of Asian food. This place is way up there with some of the nicest Thai food we’ve eaten. Chilled and relaxed atmosphere, family vibe, friendly staff, unpretentious, affordable. We would definitely go back!”

“Italian vegetarian night, eat as much as you like. A selection of wines. Ring the door bell on the right and someone will collect you from the first floor. A much larger restaurant than you would imagine. Good for large groups with vegan options. Recommend to book as it opens from 20:00 pm. “We had a beautiful meal at the Millhouse on Wednesday, the food was beautifully presented which was Salmon Omelette with a salad and chips. It wasn’t only the presentation of the food that was lovely, the staff were brilliant too. My friend and I had two assistant dogs, one in training. Normally , when we go out for a meal together we are placed near a cold door or somewhere inconvenient to us as a customer. However, this wasn’t the case at the Millhouse. We were shown to a table by the window and the staff could not have been more helpful. We really enjoyed our meal and will be back.”

“The overall score for Apron Strings speaks for itself but I can confirm they are all well deserved. We got artisan boxes and desserts today as a treat for my mother In law and everyone agreed they were amazing and so filling. The range of cheese was lovely and my son loved his child’s selection.
