Brian is humble, but endlessly passionate about coffee and it shows in the drinks he makes and the in-depth conversations that he'll happily engage in if you take the time to sit down for your coffee. The espresso-based coffees are deliciously silky and balanced. The slow coffee options are ever-changing and Brian's technique brings out all the best flavours of the bean.”
