Through their cookbook "Cook Real Hawai‘i," Chef Sheldon Simeon shares 100 recipes that embody the diverse culinary influences of the islands. From wok-fried poke to crispy cauliflower katsu, these dishes reflect the rich tapestry of Hawaiian cuisine.
