Koa Pancake House is a popular breakfast and lunch spot located in Kapolei, Hawaii. The restaurant offers traditional breakfast and lunch dishes with a Hawaiian twist, all at affordable prices. The restaurant first opened in 1988 by husband and wife, Il Man and Sam Soon Chung, and has since expanded to six locations across the island. In 2001, the Chungs' opened a second location to provide a fast casual dining experience. Their son, Juno Chung, took over the business in 2014 and plans to further expand the brand throughout Hawaii and the continental US.
