Guests can easily walk to Kona town's bars and restaurants, and enjoy snorkeling, swimming, and surfing right in front of the condo. The lanai provides a comfortable spot to watch dolphins, whales, outrigger canoes, parasailers, Ironman athletes, and turtles. The condo association allows a maximum of 6 guests, with quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. No animals or glass are allowed by the pool, and smoking is only permitted in designated areas.
