“Absolutely wonderful place. I bought two little boy guinea pigs and they are just lovely. Afterwards I phoned about a small concern I had with one of them. They could not have been more helpful. I have now registered them with the vets there. The vet was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and the girl on reception just couldn't be nicer. The place is absolutely spotlessly clean and you can tell that they really care for their pets. Cannot recommend highly enough!”

“Dog Days is a brilliant daycare option for your dogs. Everyone that works there is so friendly, and take such good care of the dogs. They were brilliant at helping our puppy ease into daycare, bringing him in for one hour sessions initially to help him get over the nervousness he had at the beginning, and they've spent so much time building up a bond with him that he now happily runs in to greet them when he arrives. We were really worried about how he would cope getting used to other dogs, and being apart from us after lockdown but everyone at Dog Days has worked hard to settle him in and he loves his time there. I can't recommend recommend highly enough!”

“Absolutely delighted at the care and attention my dog receives at Russell's Pets and Tackle Muirhead. I take my dog in for her haircut every six weeks and have always received fabulous results in her cut. Staff are always very welcoming and very friendly and often bring my dog home for me after her day of pampering. Love the fact I can order her food in bulk and have it delivered for free from the shop also My dog is a very pampered pooch and I would never take her anywhere else.”

“Went here to get some hamsters for the wee ones. Spoke to the lady who was very helpful and steered us in the direction of guinea pigs as being a bit more in line with our kids ages. Thought everything was reasonably priced, the staff were knowledgeable and we have three very happy children who like their new pets.”

“Great shop to buy anything for a lot of different types of pets. I have 2 Amazon parrots & 2 dogs & I buy everything for them from here. The only thing would be if they sold more toys for medium & large sized parrots but other than that they have everything & even have an instore vets.”

“Went in yesterday to browse and the wife decided she wanted to take home 4 baby girl Rats. The young lady that served us who I unfortunately didn’t get the name of was very helpful and sweet she knew her stuff and had a genuine love for the animals and their welfare, made sure we knew what we were doing and even helped us to the car the with the cage. If she reads this she will know who she is and I want to once again thank her for all of her help.”

“I only go to get my dog's nails clipped, as my dog doesn't trust anyone else to clip her nails. But i really love this place, and if my dog had long hair and had to get it cut this is the place i would go. The girls really love the dog's and take care of them well.”

“Premier Dog Grooming have always been brilliant with my young cockapoo. He can be nervous going in but they quickly settle him and I always feel he's left in good hands. They listen to what I want while still recommending suggestions based on their knowledge and he always comes out looking his best. Would highly recommend.”

“I had a fantastic experience on the phone with a woman named Joanne I’m sure it was, (only woman able to sell flea treatments) she gave amazing customer service and helped talk me through how I can treat my pets that are under and over weight and guided me to the correct one. “Very well done to the groom room, my bearded collie was a challenge and they really stepped up, so many thick horrible ,uncomfortable mats as he wouldnt let us near him and we think he was embarrassed by it. Got him back after 2 hours and what a difference in attitude and appearance a very happy dog. Very attentive and advisable groomers who really knew what they were doing. Can't reccommend highly enough.! And I don't give accolades very often.!”

“I visited The Grooming Room this morning with my hyper nervous Papillon Louie. He is so nervous he has to wear a yellow warning harness. he had to have his bottom scraped and his nails cut. He was a nightmare!!! Fousha, the owner had the patience of a saint, Louie was squealing and struggling to bite her and she refused to muzzle him She was gentle and so patient and managed so professionally to get the job done. She then fondly settled him and he was eating out of her hand. She was magnificent and so pleasant with it. What she charged for what she had done was a fraction of what it was worth -a joke!! I highly recommend The Grooming Room to everyone, especially people with lovely but difficult dogs. Thank you Fousha”
