“I visited The Grooming Room this morning with my hyper nervous Papillon Louie. He is so nervous he has to wear a yellow warning harness. he had to have his bottom scraped and his nails cut. He was a nightmare!!! Fousha, the owner had the patience of a saint, Louie was squealing and struggling to bite her and she refused to muzzle him She was gentle and so patient and managed so professionally to get the job done. She then fondly settled him and he was eating out of her hand. She was magnificent and so pleasant with it. What she charged for what she had done was a fraction of what it was worth -a joke!! I highly recommend The Grooming Room to everyone, especially people with lovely but difficult dogs. Thank you Fousha”

Plus I wasn't charged a arm and a leg- she didnt take all day and managed to do another client whilst i was getting my hair washed. Her focus is hair, not the chat and piss farting about.
