“Somerset Parkgrove have given incredible care and education to our daughters. They attend two nurseries and squeal with delight when we tell them it is their day for Somerset nursery. They are always very happy and fulfilled when I collect them. I’m amazed how creative the staff are to facilitate their day, support the kids to be inventive, explore, develop their social skills and give them confidence. Both girls numeracy and literacy skills have improved significantly since starting Somerset over 1 year ago. I feel confident leaving the children in the care of Somerset staff and find all of the staff fantastic, very capable, kind and supporting of child-centred learning. I really appreciate the handover at collection time too. My only trouble is getting the girls to leave at the end of the day!”

You are lucky to have your child or grandchild attend this establishment. Money could not pay for what they provide. Every member of staff know every c hilds names and personality. Thank you. “Great environment for children. Not met a staff member yet who doesn't genuinely care for the kids they look after. They take time to really get to know them. Still make a fuss of my schoolboy when we go in to collect his brother. Will be very sad to leave this place next year.”

“Huge inside, pretty decent food & reasonably priced, but to get in but it’s cash on the door only. There is however a free cash machine right next to the front desk so it’s no bother really.”

She is a very shy little girl so I had no hopes of her settling fast, however the perseverance and support from the staff allowed her to settle in very fast and she loves going into nursery now! “I wanted to say thank you so much for the hire of your IgglePiggle and Upsy Daisy mascot costumes. They were delivered as required and were really excellent costumes. They were an extra special 3rd birthday surprise for my daughter at her party. In October she was very badly burned by a cafetiere and needed skin grafting, so this party was to celebrate how well she is recovering. She just loved the mascots, it was the happiest moment ever! It will be a memory to cherish forever!”

“Lovely place to take pre schoolers. Really affordable, and snacks, drinks etc for pennies. Have stayed all day many times and love it. It's not your typical busy soft Play, its Layout is similar to nursery or playgroup and is a great Place to See the babies get used to an Environment like that!”

“My daughter Ellen has been attending for few months since she was 3 months old. The staff are friendly and Ellen aways has a huge smile for whomever greets her at the door. I get updates for what she gets up to on her afternoon- what she's ate, played etc.”

“5 out of 5 would visit again for another 2 years. The staff really go out of their way to make you feel special, on arrival I didn't need to worry about my luggage and was taken straight to my room. Although lacking in space it features all the amenities that are needed from a bed, TV, kettle and even an ensuite. The in-house food is varied and caters to a wide range of interests. Personally the King rib was a favourite. Aside from 5 star accommodation they also offer many activities such as exercise and a games hall. There was also a comedian performing one of the nights. In all Barlinne is a wonderful establishment and seems to be very popular given the number of rooms that seem to be filled, even with its exclusive status. I don't plan on a return visit in my lifetime as I wouldn't wish to take the place of someone who is yet to experience the wonders it has to offer.”
