"Got my almost $60 order completely wrong and left out a bunch of things and the food I did get tastes like weed for sitting out so long in the store. Never had a positive experience here, you guys could do better."
"Walked in and the kiosk said “credit cards only” so I went to the register to pay cash. An associate told me to use the kiosk I explained I was paying cash and he rolled his eyes at me and walked away. About a minute later the manager said Casey can you got to the register to the child I had previously dealt with. He said I guess and he came over and begrudgingly took my order. Worst customer service I’ve had in a long time and first time at a Wendy’s. Food was excellent Casey( I believe was his name) in the other hand was pathetic"
"This Wendy's always has great service for lunch time. Zack was very nice and quick and provided service with intention and seemed to value doing a good job. I come to this location anytime I am shopping at the #northgeorgiapremiumoutlets."
"The employees were nice. But everytime I go to the Wendy's they are super slow. I always sit in the drive through for a good 10 minutes. Maybe they are under staffed im not sure."
"I ordered a salad and drink from the app, and when I got there, they were making it for me. While he was making it, I noticed that he wasn't wearing gloves. He at least was using spoons to put on the toppings, but I don't know if he touched the lettuce. Speaking of lettuce, some of the pieces looked like the hard, stalk part while others were wilting and changing colors. (No, I didn't eat it) Also, I saw the cashier step to the side to cough without covering their mouth, then proceeded to continue taking an order from someone without washing their hands. The dining room was discusting. I had to clean my own table before I sat down. My friend had ordered a burger, fries, and drink, yet somehow it was cold when we sat down. Some of the staff were nice, but they don't seem to care about anything. I even saw where someone had left the chili uncovered, and the employee was saying that whoever did it needed to stop leaving it uncover. Needless to say, I am not interested in ever going back and I don't recommend anyone going here."
