"Body in Balance Physical Therapy is awesome. Rachel White is my physical therapist. I followed her from a previous company where she helped me overcome a shoulder issue. Now she’s helping me with my hip. What you need to know about Rachel is that she sees you as a person. Not as a disease or a disorder. She connects with you and empathizes with your pain. She pushes you gently but is always checking to ensure that you’re okay. She’s extremely knowledgeable and uses dry needling, TENS and pressure point releases to facilitate mobility and healing. It’s totally hands-on. She sees one person at a time so she can focus totally on you. I’ve been seeing physical therapists for a long time (yes, I’m a klutz) and Rachel is one of the best."
