"Avoid at all cost. Went in to get a physical blood work done, and they had to do the test 3 times because they kept on putting in the wrong test. Now, even though it should have been covered with my physical the first time, they tried charging me. When confronted about it, they were unapologetic, and then gaslighted me by saying well you kept giving us another try so it is your fault for their mistake. Healthcare is too expensive to be treated like this for a doctor's mistake. Spare yourself and your wallet."
"I've honestly never seen this level of care before. I've been a patient at DVC for several years now and without fail, they consistently surprise me at just about every visit. They take the time to address absolutely every concern I have, no matter how minor. They actually listen to your problem and make suggestions as well as consider your own suggestions. I've never been to a doctor whose primary purpose wasn't to get the diagnosis and write the prescription as fast as possible. That isn't the case here. When you arrive for an appointment, you might have to wait a bit longer to see someone (though appointment scheduling is unbelievably fast; usually same or next day if you need), but you will likely never feel rushed or like you're just another number. I'm not entirely sure how they make money spending so much time with patients. I've never been to a single appointment where Jamie didn't answer absolutely every one of my concerns, no matter how minor or seemingly insignificant. I've actually had many appointments where Jamie has spent a full hour with me (try that at your HMO). I'm certain everyone can have off days, but this clinic should be the gold standard for care in my opinion."
