"I purchased a gold chain for a pendant I already owned at Kay's and I was unable to get the pendant on so I took it to the store, assuming it would have to be sent off to be taken care of. To my surprise the gentleman there today looked at it and said he may be able to take care of it there. I was so happy that I was able to wear my new chain within five minutes. Thank you so much!!"
"I've had mostly pleasant service with Kay's no matter what city I have been to, but I am not certain I will return to the Rome location again. We initially was there to purchase jewelry cleaning product, but the lady didn't seem to understand what it was we wanted. Hello ! You work in a jewelry store ! After approximately 30 minutes, she then seemed to go blank and possibly took a trip into space at the register. She asked for our name and address twice, which I don't see the need for jewelry cleaner. Just take my money and give me a receipt. I finally gave her my license, because she simply couldn't get any of the information right. It was like a slow motion repeating episode. Over 30 minutes for a $10 product and needing information as if we were buying a controlled substance."
"My wife and I have never had a bad experience at the Turner Mcall Kay's. I initially bought her engagement ring through a Marietta location but the ring never fit quite right even after resizing the ring and Joe came up with a solution that worked well. Natalie and Kadie are almost always there whenever we visit and they have kept up with newlywed journey, even helping me find the perfect wedding band for both of us. It's always a pleasant experience when we visit."
