"I was having a horrible day. My water pump stopped working and they helped me find all new wiring parts. That didn't work unfortunately. I had just learned that my cat had inoperable cancer and I became very overwhelmed. I literally teared up in the store. There was nothing they could do at this point but I guess they told the owner how upset I was. He approached me at my van (I'm literally sobbing from frustration and embarrassment) and told me that he and the whole staff there would help me with whatever I needed. This act of kindness meant so much"
"The store is clean but has a very slim selection of tools. Their power tool section was almost non existent and other things were either over priced or under stocked. Usually Ace had some sales going on and I didn't see a one other than their overly large supply of grills and outdoor needs. It was obvious that this location is more for a person trying to cut their own grass and throw a grill party rather than providing a true hardware store."
"David and the whole gang at Autry’s are always super helpful. Having this place so conveniently located is incredibly valuable. They almost always have what I need, including a great selection of hardware, paints, and garden supplies. This particular location has a handy section with gifts, and we’ve many times found just the right something for a birthday or other occasion."
