"I’m glad that Kohl’s is still opened and available for shopping inside the store or on line. I was not in the shopping mode at all until the day before Christmas Eve and I decided to go to Kohl’s. Waiting so long to shop, I thought that they were going to be a mess and would find empty shelves. To my surprise the store was organized and cleaned and I was able to find all that I wanted on sale or clearance and if I needed help to find something a sales person was available and willing to help. They were all friendly and nice. I really enjoyed shopping at Kohl’s."

"I am a Rotarian. Every year we accept the role of being a Stana Claus and purchase clothing articles for children in need. Being 72, I have little knowledge of what and how to buy for small kids and toddlers. I came to Kohls because I thought you would have a quality product line, but also in hopes I would receive some help as I stumbled through the process. Never did I think I would have an angel help me the way Lisa Crawford did! She came out from behind the customer service area, walked me around the various departments, found coordinated clothing options, good price points and even made sure I got the store discount at the checkout station. I am a retired banker and therefore understand service. As a Rotarian, I practice Service Above Self, our guiding words. Lisa reaffirmed those values in me. I will be a lifelong customer of Kohls, not only because of your product line and pricing, but because of Lisa. Thank you for my experience. Thank you, Lisa, for everything you do.
