"I have been to about a dozen Planet Fitness locations in Tennessee, Florida, and Pennsylvania, and I never had a problem until I visited this location. Dawn, the assistant manager, is extremely rude and sexist. I reported another member, a female, who was not allowing others to use a machine between sets. I followed the instructions of the person working the counter while the other member argued with the staff member and with me. Dawn then got involved. I did as the staff member asked and waited for Dawn to speak with me, but the other female member who cannot follow instructions got up and started speaking with Dawn. After about 5 minutes I approached Dawn, apologized for interrupting, explained that I had been waiting patiently, and that I needed to go and only needed about 30 seconds of her time. Dawn took a very rude tone and told me to wait. I responded with the same tone she had with me and said fine but you've got about 2 minutes until I'm leaving. Dawn then pointed her finger at my face and said you aren't going to talk to me like that. Ok, so she can be rude to me, but I'm supposed to be nice to her? Wrong one! I then told her she was out of her mind and told her to cancel my membership. Dawn then began refusing to cancel my membership and yelling at me to leave and said the police are on the way. I said good, maybe they can help me cancel my membership. At the end of the day, that's what happened. I canceled my membership and won't be back unless Dawn is terminated. She should be. She didn't even bother to give me a chance. She listened to the female member who was not following club rules and made her mind up that it was the man who was wrong from the get go. I also encourage PF corporate to pull the camera footage, and you will see that the female member was the problem, and Dawn was extremely disrespectful and discriminatory toward me."

"Very motivating atmosphere… lighting, friendly and cleanliness staff and I even love the customers diverse ages. I also love that they let teenagers in for free to give them something to do with their time and keep them occupied. It helps. Keep them off the streets and drugs thank you planet fitness."

"When I planned to write a review about the lack of cleanliness and broken equipment I saw others had already brought this up in their reviews. Also, of the four showers in the locker room only one was functioning. I travel for a living and most all the Planet Fitness locations I've been to are nice, this one was not. I find it funny that the response to the other reviews suggests reaching out to management or the people at the front desk. That's what people are doing when they leave a review!! It's not the patrons' job to tell employees to do their jobs, only to make management aware through a review. A canned response only tells me you're not interested in fixing your problem."

"Got to the planet fitness at 6:45 and they already had the doors locked. The staff wanted to already leave for the day so they locked the doors early. I knocked on door and they finally opened them and told me they stop tanning services at 6:45 pm and I asked them since when? They just wanted to leave when I only tan for 9 mins so I would have still been out of there before closing at 7. Pay for a membership for them to close early and didn’t get to use it."

"Clean with nice equipment and friendly staff. I especially like how the coin massage chairs have individual private areas AND you can ask for as many coins as you want. I had 20min of uninterrupted massage"
