"Right inside the door is a large beer display including multiple brands. In front of the Michelob Ultra is a sign advertising a $25 rebate with the purchase of 2 12 packs or a 30 pack of beer and $50 of groceries. Picked up the 30 pack and well over $50 in groceries. Got home and started to fill out the form for the rebate. Turns out the offer expired 12-31-2023. It is now 1-28-2024. Called to let them know and the customer service person wouldn’t help nor pass me to a manager. Hung up on me twice!!!"

"She’s the rudest person that I ever met! She’s attacking me, questioning my id , and she accused me of doing something, she kept saying I did something fishy. But I just want to send money to my husband at Turkey for medical expenses! My husband US Citizen FYI. But she even threatened me to call the police if I kept talking. And I did nothing wrong, I just want to send money to my husband and get treated like this? It’s beyond ridiculous. I talked to the manager and even he apologized to me. But this lady just so racist I think because I’m an Asian. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else’s beside me! Hope you have a great day ma’am !"

"I appreciate the one line to access both self-checkout and a checker. The lane for Walmart Plus members made my trip much quicker. The store was very crowded with angry shoppers. I had a tough time finding items and never encountered an employee."
