"I just called and asked if they sold ice. Associate that was on the phone today she was very nice she asked me what I like the address because I wasn't sure where they were at so I can come and get some ice. The manager immediately gets on the phone and was like what's wrong with an attitude a sassy I'm the boss I'm the manager she let me know. I said to her ma'am your associate was about to give me the address so what's the problem this is a Dollar tree people do call and ask for the address this is not your home you act like I was getting the address from your associate to your house to come and do something other than shop the Dollar tree. I told her that she was having a power struggle moment and it had nothing to do with me and I didn't want any parts of it told her the associate was nice within her and all I asked for was the address again. She ruined the whole experience and I haven't even gotten to the store yet. I am sure district manager and corporate as you're reading this you already know I am never ever ever ever ever ever coming to that store, that manager you can tell she was a manager in a rough neighborhood she doesn't realize that she is not in the war zone anymore!! Get her up out of there she's a bad apple that can ruin the whole neighborhood!"
"Visited on Valentine’s Day for snacks and a cute bag. I realized I was last minute but man were they efficient. They had 2 registers open and 2 ladies at the balloon station and were blowing those balloons up very quickly and getting people out the door. On a day that was so busy this store was very efficient with expediting transactions while still having great customer service."
