"As I said on a previous post. What is wrong with the shoe industry. The lack of customer service at this point is expected, sadly it is what it is...no need to beat that horse. The fact that the store is called Athletes Foot and they don't have any athletic shoes in here is ridiculous. I don't know what happened or why the industry has changed and stores like these no longer carry workout based shoes, preferably cross training shoes of good quality. Lack of product and of course very poor customer service. I know that this store may stock some of the items that folks shop but consider checking the reviews to know more about the location. I rather spend my funds at a location where it is appreciated."
"There were two employees working today, the young man was extremely polite but the young lady who was there was EXTREMELY rude AND was cussing at my husband-a paying customer! We patronize this location quite frequently because of Rick & Leon. I will never return to this location, if I have to travel out of my way to shop at the McDonough location that’s what I’ll do!!!!!!! If it weren’t for Rick & Leon I would be COMPLETELY done with this franchise. This young lady’s lack of customer service skills and her profanity towards paying customers is UNACCEPTABLE and it’s Christmas Eve on top of that! If this were HER business she wouldn’t have acted like she did and if this were my business she would be terminated immediately! What happened to the other staff that use to be here a few months ago?!!!! Yolanda has awesome customer service skills and I was so pleased to see Leon back at this location!!!!!"
"Don't snooze on these guys. They've constantly got great deals on great shoes. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Plus, if they don't know something they'll admit it but try to get you an answer. Don't meet me there, beat me there."
"When you walk in in retail store or any place of business you look for that great customers, some feel entitled. Yolanda have "GREAT" customer service, she's knowledgeable, respectful but most of all she's very friendly. Thank you for your wonderful customer service!"
