"I live in 355. The day I moved in, I could tell they never cleaned it like they claimed. There was spiderwebs everywhere and still are. Grandaddy Long Legs constantly evade my apartment and pest control still hasn’t came and I requested they fix this on the 6th of December. I called the day after I moved in on the 1st of December to get a leak under my bathroom sink fixed because the floor underneath the pipes were caving in and I still haven’t had anyone come out here. On top of that, when my mirrors steam up, there are innapropriate messages that come up on my mirrors from the previous residents. Absolute mess living here and I habe to pay $1340 a month. On top of that, I didn’t find out til the week I was going to be moving how much I actually had to have ($1776) so that took literally all the money I had put back for food and bills. I had to go all of December living off water. Thank you Latasha for not answering my calls until the week I had to move to go over the fees and thank you pest control and thank you matinence."
"My friends dog was killed there by another resident's dog. This facility has no qualms about allowing vicious, documented killer dogs to live there. Shame on the dog owners and this unsafe apartment complex. Edit to add just had an issue with a violent dog in building 3. This was not the murderous dog, but another one apparently. I can't believe one complex can have so many vicious dogs. SMH."
"We've lived here for almost 20 years! If that doesn't tell you all you need to know...we like it here! It's quiet, the price is fair for the square footage, they keep it well maintained and the management always tries to accommodate you any way they can. We appreciate that. We've seen a lot of multi-family complexes get run down as time passed by, but this one has managed to maintain it's appearance and quality over the years. Shout out to the owners for being willing to invest in keeping it looking great. Thank you!"
"I have been here for over 4 years now and I absolutely love my complex community! Several things I love is that it’s clean and the maintained landscaping is constantly being manicured you won’t find trash scattered about the property. The buildings are kept up and scheduled maintenance come as scheduled to date. I work 3 shift so I need my quite sleep time ( it’s not noisy) the pool and exercise room stay clean and the leasing office has a welcoming atmosphere. Ashly (leasing manager) is Awesome she goes out her way to accommodate your need, you can tell she loves her job. The kids play well together on the sandbox playground and there’s no ruff or hostile activity on the property. I’ve always felt safe in our community. ITS JUST A GREAT COMMUNITY !!!! I love it and have not thought about moving because it’s home to me, I mean I found a peaceful clean environment inside and out. If something needs repair they’re on it; my apartment has required little to no repairs because they keep things up and that’s a blessing. It’s just a great place to live. C.Starr"
"On 12/30/21, my apartment flooded from underneath my patio door walls and the wall where my front door is. I called for emergency maintenance at my location at 9 am. No one answered and there was no answering machine to direct me to emergency maintenance. I, then, had to call another apartment location, “the residence at south point,” to see if I could get help from their maintenance. At 12pm, their maintenance was able to assisted me with digging a trench from my patio to the parking lot and called another contractor to help me vacuum up the water in my living room, dining room, and patio. The contractor that vacuumed up water informed me that it would continue to flood and just the barricade the water as much as I could until I could get another contractor out to look at the walls. It continued to flood under the walls where my patio is and the wall where my front door is. I called the front office on Monday 1/3/22 to get a contractor out to my apartment to look at the walls and floor. She said she would get someone out to look. No one came. Called the front office again on Wednesday 1/5/22. She said that she would get someone out to look. No one came. On 1/8/22 I submitted at work order about the mildew smell and my walls. I also submitted pictures showing the flooding and damage to the wood trimming. I also stated that I have been unable to put my furniture back, because I’m waiting on a contractor. I did not hear from anyone at my leasing office until the same contractor that I was instructed by the leasing office was not permissible to tell me that I needed to have someone come out and look at my walls, came on 1/11/22 and spray a mildew spray on the walls and left. I then called the corporate office to file a complaint with them about my complex. They never got back with me. I called again on on the 1/12/22 and told them that I could get legal involved if they didn’t call me back. They called back within 10 minutes asking what the issue was and that the corporate office did not receive my work order until that morning, 1/12/22. I told them that I submitted it on the 8th and they nothing had been done other than the spray. Andrea, the corporate maintenance manager, asked for the phone number to my complex and that they would get it handled. No one showed on 1/13 or 1/14 and I never heard anything. I called the corporate office again and my front office again today, 1/17/22, and no one answered or gotten back with me. On Thursday 1/20/22 will be 3 weeks since my apartment flooded and mold and water damage starts to accumulate within 24-48 hours. This is turning into a potential health issue. The vinyl floor is starting to bubble around the doors and the wood is starting to shrink from the walls. I’ve had many other problems with them, but this was the straw that broke the camels back."
