"These photos do not do any justice. This hotel was absolutely beautiful and super clean. You can tell that everything is updated and fresh. Staff was very friendly and attentive. The breakfast options include pastries, waffles, cereal, coffee and orange juice, along with some hot food which included eggs, gravy and hot biscuits. It is also affordable and just an hour outside of altana! Overall wonderful stay"

"Very nice hotel. Front desk very attentive and helpful. Breakfast was really good and the lady taking care of it as well as the managers special in the evening was great. She kept everything cleaned up and made sure there was nothing missing. Wish I remembered her name. She did have beautiful set of long braids. She was so gracious and personable with everyone. I have to say that the Managers Special which had food, beer and wine for their guest was the best I've experienced in any hotel that has had this offered. It was a pleasant surprise and everything was great. My stay was due to a hospital procedure and I will be coming back here. Thank you for your hospitality Hampton Inn staff."

"Staff on Tuesdays and Wednesdays is outstanding in every way, there’s a great gal at the buffet area who is so kind, always smiling, and friendly. Front desk staff is so friendly, everyone was just wonderful. It gets lonely traveling alone for work all the time so it’s nice when people chat with you. The hotel smells like a wonderful spa, has a small market area, the fitness room is state of the art. The coffee is good when fresh. They have dark roast!!! The rooms are so clean and updated. Bathroom is luxurious with two shower heads, sparkling clean. My shower leaked and flooded the bathroom however. I saw they had a Manager’s reception two of the nights I was there. They served all kinds of food including shrimp gumbo, chicken with dumplings, potato soup, garlic bread, fresh salads, beer, delicious wines, lots and lots of veggies and dips. There’s a lot of different fruit offered the entire stay. There’s fruit salad on the morning buffet. There was really not a lot of choices I could eat but I’m on a very restrictive diet due to my health condition so carbs, fructose, veggies and grains are out for me-but it all looked incredible. I travel every two weeks and stay primarily at Hampton Inns all over the country. I have to update my review, as soon as Thursday morning rolled around there was a change in shift. There was no hot coffee at 7:20 am, no eggs, no hot water for tea, and people were complaining. The breakfast person was nowhere to be found. First there were two of us waiting (I’m thinking I need to get to work!! I have mere minutes…) and after going to the front desk twice, there were then three people waiting. The woman surfaced (20 minutes later) then tells me another 5-10 minutes for eggs to be made. I left to get ready for work. The next day, NO eggs again. Not a hard boiled or single egg looking substance to be found. I asked her-the same staff said no, no eggs today. I ate nothing that morning. Sad to just think you can have a lousy single hard boiled egg on your strict diet, and cannot even find that. It changed my whole experience between Tuesday to Friday."

"Wow! This was one of the best hotel stays I have ever had! I brought two of my boys with me because we were in town for a soccer tournament. The staff at the hotel went above and beyond to help me through a situation at a different hotel (not associate with Hampton Inn), and make sure we were taken care of (they didn't have to). I found the front desk staff, especially a gentleman named Chris, to be so kind and helpful. Every person I encountered on staff was pleasant and kind. Each was working hard with a nice demeanor. It was a breath of fresh air! The hotel was clean and updated. The breakfast was great; the coffee in the lobby tasted fresh throughout the day. It is clear to me that whoever is operating this hotel takes great pride in their work and makes wise staffing choices."
