"I got the love skin deluxe head massage. Was it relaxing at times, yes, was it worth $140, no (it was 168 with tip). It’s supposed to be 70 minutes. They asked if I could come for an earlier appointment which I did, it was convenient because I preferred earlier. This is me knit picking but it’s a tight area, so you’re probably 2/3 feet from a stranger getting your head massage done. I get greeted at the door, very nice. I get taken to the back to change. Im an XL/XXL in clothes, the towel thing I was given to cover up is probably more meant for someone like Small-Large. So I felt a little insecure going out to the massage area in this little towel. The experience overall was okay. I did feel relaxed maybe 20 minutes of the “70 minutes” but with the talking going on between the workers and the person doing the massage pausing to answer phone calls or the front desk, it wasn’t the most relaxing time. Did my hair and scalp feel great and clean afterwards? Yes! I will admit to that. Again it was supposed to be 70 minutes, I got there about 2:05pm and by the time I was out the door, it was about 3:10pm, so no time was added for the interruptions of them answering the phone or talking to people at the desk. I’ve never really been somewhere where they counted the time it took me to change into my massage time before. And this time was including them halfway blow drying my hair at the end. Anyway. It was a decent experience but probably won’t come back."

"Lilli was so professional and genuinely so nice. I’ve been curious about head spa treatments and was so excited to hear one opened up near me! It lived up to its expectations and more. I feel so relaxed during and after, not to mention my neck is tension free and my skin is glowing. I got the deluxe treatment and it was worth every penny!"

"Since you asked for a review, here it is: I went in for a relaxing head/scalp treatment and left feeling completely defeated. The entire time she was telling me how bad my hair and skin were. I didn’t pay $195+tip to be tormented for the entire session saying that I have alopecia and “big problems” internally. I had high hopes that I would enjoy my expensive hair spa treatment but instead I left crying in my car over comments made. I do not recommend the hair treatment and I also do not recommend coming here for any other treatment she provides. The lesson to learn here is that everyone has things going on and kindness and compassionate should always be at the center of any treatment provided. When you leave a spa you are supposed to be confident and beautiful and I left with insecurities that I never even had prior. Just a really unfortunate situation and I regret going in the first place."
