"Lady did not know how to cut hair and my hair came out 10 times shorter than I wanted it to. My hair looks no where NEAR the reference photos and everything was rushed including the hair wash and made me pay $70 for absolutely nothing. They also canceled my hair blowout for being 8 minutes late….?"

"My cousin and I booked a head spa appointment 2 months ago because that was the only available appointment. They sent a text to confirm to my cousin who is in the military and was active on base at the time so she was not able to text back to “confirm” in a timely manner so she got a text consequentially saying our appointment was cancelled because we didn’t confirm. So our two month in advance appointment was cancelled because we missed a text. We booked the appointment. What’s the point of appointments if they will cancel if you miss a text. I know the new generation may not understand this but when we make an appointment we show up. Now we will have to “reschedule “ for another 2 months out. Not going to happen. We were excited about this but now the excitement is gone."

"After an unfortunate experience, the salon owner called me and had me come back in. Incredibly nice and extremely helpful in fixing my hair. Genuinely concerned with wanting to make it right. "Amazing and relaxing experience! I hardly ever write online reviews, but this was warranted. I was visiting from out of town and scheduled a scalp rejuvenating massage online. I was running late for my appointment, but the staff were understand and accommodating. Nina was incredible! The scalp rejuvenating appointment included shoulder and neck massage, scalp scrub, shampoo, conditioner/hair mask, and a steam treatment. It is the best!"
