"First they brought us the wrong food. I had to tell them what we ordered. They went back and said the server mixed up the tables. I ordered a draft beer and it didn't come until I was nearly done with my salad.The server brought my check before I had even tasted my entree. We asked for more bread and never got it. I had to flag her down to order my dessert. It was my birthday and the experience was not good at all. The manager did call to give me a gift card for my trouble. But the whole experience just makes me never want to return."
"I like steak but I also really like chop steak especially being on a budget. I go on spurts but often time eat here regularly. Last visit I had a request they didn’t have to honor. If they would have said no, I would have totally understood. However, they didn’t and handled everything like a high end steak place. The head host communicated to the kitchen, a manager was involved, I saw communications take place, and not only did they honor the request but it was executed very professionally. Thank you!!!!!"

"My husband and I came for dinner. The atmosphere was cozy and friendly with soft lights and both a friendly hostess and server. Leslie was helpful and kind. She didn’t hover but checked on us and on how we were enjoying our meal a couple of times. The Strawberry Pecan Salad was fresh and delicious. My husband ordered a rib eye steak and said it was cooked perfectly. Tonight was a great date-night surprise!"
