"Had a pap here two years ago, thought everything was fine since I never received a call about the results…I checked my Healow app never seen any results. Had a highlighted notification pop up today showing my results from two years ago! Abnormal results! That I was never called about.. I’d say save yourself and go else where like I did. Honestly too many other issues to list.."
"I am a Type 1 Diabetic and now COMPLETELY out of both my Insulins! I, my pharmacy, and my insurance company have been requesting a prior authorization for my long acting insulin for WEEKS, so I have had to use a lot more of my fast acting insulin. My blood sugars have been all out of whack! Then when I tried to refill my fast acting insulin, my insurance company denied it and said they now need a prior authorization for that one as well. I have been calling non stop to express the urgency of getting this prior authorization because I was running extremely low on insulin. Whenever I was able to get someone on the phone, with an attitude, I was told “they will get it done”. Now, the office is closed and I do not have any more insulin! I have been a diabetic for 26years now and I have NEVER ran out of insulin!!! Nor have I ever had poor medical treatment like this! My insulin’s out of pocket cost is over $600, all I need for them to do, is to do their job and call in a prior authorization (I’ve provided the number and fax number). If you value your life, DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE!!!!!"
