Our sliding fee scale, based on family size and income, ensures that our services are accessible to everyone, and we accept most insurance plans, including Medicaid and Medicare. No patient is ever turned away due to an inability to pay.

As part of our commitment to the community, we are excited to introduce initiatives like "Dig with Diversity" (our community garden) and "Dish with Diversity" (our radio station) as part of our 2024 goals to reconnect and give back to the community.

Diversity Health Center is a Health Center Program grantee and a deemed Public Health Service employee site, supported by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. "Diversity is amazing! I do not have insurance, but an office visit is $25. They have also never refused to see me based on my ability to pay. Dr. Abou is amazing! I keep seeing posts about not being able to get through on the phone, I have always called and if I get sent to voicemail I just hang up and call right back and they will answer. Just keep trying, since they are the only place I’ve found who will see patients without insurance they have a good amount of people who need services and they only have so many people who answer the phones. So try a little patience and grace it goes a long way."

"Dr. About is an excellent doctor. She is very intelligent, smart, compassionate, etc. She always make me feels good because she always listen to me and gives such great advice. The staff is always sp friendly to me and the location is perfect. I am able to get everything done, i.e. mammogram, medicine, dentist, regular check-ups, etc."

"The clinicians and staff are exceptional I have been a patient for 4 years and always receive prompt service. My Primary care Physician Dr Abou is attentive and listens, and the Pharmacy staff is exceptional and always helpful . The only reason for not 5 stars is due to not being able to get through to someone when trying to call . Fortunately I am a short distance from the building and have to go there in person to talk with someone ."

"The doctor was great the ONE time I got to see her. The reception team is TRASH. They never answer the phone so much that you can’t leave messages anymore because the box is full now! The 1 or 2 times I did leave a message, they NEVER got back to me. I mean I’ve been calling daily. I tried using the online portal to request an appointment and I put the details as to why it was so important. I guess they just don’t care if someone goes without their meds. And now even though I was told my insurance covered my appointment, SOMEHOW I have a bill of over $100?? NEWSFLASH you don’t get paid if you are not doing your job!!!"

"Dr. Abou is by far in my opinion the most caring and knowledgeable. She helped me so much on just 1 visit and called me the next day on her day off to make sure I was OK. I understand a lot of doctors are busy and there is a tracking time with each patient. But I am completely satisfied with the services and I recommend her to anyone."
