Tru-Steam Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

"Tru-Steam carpet was wonderful! It was easy to book an appointment and the staff member I spoke to on the phone was very nice. The technician, RJ, was very professional. He arrived on time and cleaned my carpets thoroughly within an hour and offered advise on how to get them to dry more quickly. When he learned that I had accidentally overpaid because I thought hallways counted as rooms, he offered some additional services so I would get my money's worth. I really appreciated that. For those who don't know, Tru Steam does not charge extra for hallways, but they do for the odor removing enzyme. Luckily, I did not have to pay extra for it because of the mistake I made when scheduling my cleaning, but it would be well worth it. When RJ left, my carpet was clean and it smelled wonderful. The cleaning was also much more affordable than the other companies I called. Just a heads up, Tru Steam sends out one technician, so they cannot move large furniture. You will have to move anything large or heavy before hand, but the technician can move smaller items. This was a great experience and I will definitely use Tru Steam in the future."
