"They didn’t seem to want to do nail service on Feb 17 between 1:30PM - 2PM. The attending person said she was on break, and I would have to wait until whenever the other nail tech came in. After going between terminal F and arriving in terminal D to seek out a manicure, this was very disappointing. Service is subpar."

"Below is what was sent to Xpress Spa Instagram because there is no contact on the corporate website. I’m also putting at this location but the location I visited is in ATL Terminal D. This location is not listed either on Google. Hi there! I would like to submit a complaint. When arriving at your location in Terminal D near gate 28, the attendant said that she would not provide an exfoliation for the xpress pedicure service. When I asked why not because the advertisement on the outside on the wall and on the price sheet says the xpress pedicure service lists an exfoliation and said for the xpress you only get you feet wiped down with a cloth. In addition she said she has been doing this for 15 years and it is my choice to stay or go but she was not doing an exfoliation for the xpress service. I did not stay. I believe her. Diamond Monk. I believe you guys tell the techs what they are to do and corporate advertises falsely. I believe this because as soon as I came in she broke down exactly what I would get for the price. She could have presented better customer service. But it is you corporate that is putting these technicians at a disadvantage. I did not use the service. Will not ever use the service. Hopefully others will have a better experience."

"Unsanitary and incredibly unhygienic. Everything was covered in dust. I mean everything. The fan used to dry my nails had dust balls on it. The manicurist only was friendly when it was payment time, otherwise she filed the tips of my fingers while she filed my nails, and had an attitude when I pointed out (politely) that a few nails were in an obviously uneven shape. I also asked that she cut my nails and she kept insisting that she would file them down. She ultimately cut them but did such a poor job. When she was painting, she took off her gloves and her own nails kept touching mine while they were wet. This place is an unprofessional public health hazard."

"I stopped by while I waited for my flight to board. The customer service was top-notch. I was brought to the massage chairs to receive the pedicure. They do not have chairs with bowls attached to do the pedicure. They do it by bringing a bowl of water. It is different but works, nonetheless. My pedicure was done perfectly. She was steady, efficient, and intentional. She removed dead skin, shaped and filed my toe nails expertly. Her painting skills were exceptional. I loved my pedicure, and I don't know how I'm going to accept not having her available to do them year round. If you have time, stop in for a mani/pedi. It was awesome. I made my flight in record time and felt fabulous."

"For long layovers, you will enjoy the opportunity to relax and be pampered. Ebony provided an excellent business class mani. Since my layover turned into 5 hours, I was able to enjoy the complimentary massage chairs in a serene environment. This location is across from the Delta Sky Lounge and Starbucks in Concourse C, specifically C34. Hours of operation are 6am -10pm. Safe journeys."
