The New Horizons Institute of Counseling Ministry is a Christian Counseling Domestic Mission of the United Brethren in Christ Church located in Suwanee, Georgia. Led by Dr. Pierre J. Samaan, a Clinical Pastoral Counselor and an Ordained Minister with over 30 years of experience, this institution seeks to provide true recovery to replace pain with healing peace. Dr. Samaan offers individual and couple counseling in person, by phone, and through video counseling sessions. The institution is founded on Christ-centered recovery, with a focus on healing the brokenhearted, proclaiming liberty to the captives, and providing recovery of sight to the blind.
