"Since Tim's bought out Golden Isles they have very limited supplies and are extremely unreasonable and demanding in the frequency of their prescription and medical charts requirements. My doctor responded to their prescription request but it didn't suit them. They always blame the detail they require on the insurance company but it is clearly not true. I took the prescription and medical charts to one of their competitors and walked out a few minutes later with everything I wanted. They told me neither my carrier nor Medicare required further prescriptions to buy the masks and filters to maintain my equipment, which is exactly what my insurance carrier told me. I wish now I never did business with them after they bought Golden Isles out"

"I wouldn’t give 1 star if I had a choice. Take your business elsewhere. They are liars and crooks, try to sneak in any money they can get. I can’t imagine how many elderly patients they get over on. Even argue that you never paid, so you have to take a bank statement to show otherwise. Then they say “oops, posted it the wrong account”. They don’t even understand their own billing!! Never can get a solid answer on anything. One lady has to ask another lady who has to ask someone else. This company is nothing but a waste of gas, time, and energy to deal with."

"I have been coming to Tim’s Medical supply for over a year and just recently found out that an employee Kayle Lane, tells your medical business to people around town, This is a Violation of my HIPAA rights, Not only am I leaving this review here but I’m also contacting the Better Business Bureau, This is not acceptable and should not be tolerated. If you want to keep your medical business to yourself I would advise going somewhere else and never do business with Tim’s medical supply."

"I been dealing with Tim's for Cpap supplies for almost a year so when insurance told me I needed another DME provider for my Insulin pump supplies I thought of them. The ladies where very nice, call after call, while trying to get the paperwork from my doctor for my insulin pump supplies. So imagine my surprise when I get home yesterday to see Tim's had placed one of their address stickers over the expiration date on the supplies and when I peeled it back I discovered they did it on purpose to cover up that the supplies were 2 months out of date!! So I call them this morning about it and I can tell the woman knew about it and all she would say is she had to talk to Tim. Not even saying she will replace them! Said she would call me back. That was 5 hours ago. Long enough for me to contact my insurance and they agreed that Tim's can not sale me expired supplies! And not only were the supplies out of date the seal that proves they are steral had been cut and retaped! I can no longer trust Tim's and my insurance wants me to move my business elsewhere."
